The Wilson Anchor Bolt Sleeve is used as an in-place form to allow for adjustment and provide a grout pocket around an anchor bolt.

The bottom of the sleeve is passed over the top of the bolt until the threaded portion engages the self-threading top of the sleeve. The sleeve is turned until the proper projection is obtained. The entire assembly is cast into the concrete, with the top of the sleeve at foundation level. When the anchor bolt is ready to adjust, the top of the sleeve is cut off and discarded. The bolt may now be adjusted within the sleeve. Expansion or non-shrinking grout is cast into the sleeve around the bolt.

Although we only list the six most popular sizes, the Wilson Anchor Bolt Sleeve is actually available in 15 different sizes. The Wilson Anchor Bolt Sleeve is manufactured of high impact plastic. It is non-rusting, non-conductive, and lightweight.

The Wilson Anchor Bolt Sleeve is not recommended where high heat is used.
